- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They Use to be good --but good luck opening a new account or needing to actually work with a banker. You will wait forever, then they disappear! I waited over and hour only to find out I didn't have with me what they needed. Came back and have been waiting a very long time again. Then one of the 2 bankers helping people went to "get something off the printer" and the girl never came back. Then a manager came out and told me she's been taking so long at the printer because she's " researching the printer". Very strange. Then after being there 41 mins I was told I would have to come back a 3rd time to open the account. NO THANKS !! Newsflash you aren't the only bank!
