- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Dugood gets 3 stars because they have a horrible online account and mobile app service. First, The process of logging in is very cumbersome. You have to type your account number, then one of those verification code things. Once that is correct, you must enter your password. Second, it takes days for a purchase or withdraw to show up on your account. My husband and I use our Dugood account for everyday purchases. When 2 people are using 1 account it is impossible to keep track of how much was spent where. It does not even deduct it from your balance until it post. They should at least be able to show you an accurate balance, even without itemizing all the transactions. Your balance is never correct even if you check online, with the mobile app, or at the ATM. Besides the above complaint, Dugood is a great credit union. Five stars for their fantastic customer service and competitive rates.By Amy Lathrop, September 03, 2017
